“This IVC provides complete basic knowledge about solid state fermentation technology, including types of solid state fermentation reactor, optimization of operating condition and other factors that influence the fermentation, and modelling and designing aspects of the reactor. These knowledges will be wrapped up with specific solid state fermentation examples to produce biochemicals and food ingredients utilizing biomass waste as substrates to support circular economy”
