KIST School Student Internship Program<\/strong>
\n\uf09f A preliminary internship program for the students who are considering applying for the KIST School(UST) graduate program (Master\u2019s \/ Ph.D.)
\n\uf09f Provides R&D research experience for the student researchers
\n\uf09f Provides Korean Language Lecture (Mandatory)<\/p>\n

Guidelines for the KIST School Student Internship Spring 2026
\nEligibility
\n\uf09f Students who can keep their student status at their current universities throughout the internship period
\n\uf09f Students with fewer than three semesters remaining until graduation (As of April 13, 2026)
\n\uf09f Potential applicants for the KIST School(UST) admission for Spring 2027 or later<\/p>\n

Program Tracks and Periods<\/strong>
\nThe KIST School Student Internship Program is divided into two tracks depending on the students\u2019 affiliated universities or institutions
\n\u2022 Track 1: Students from KIST\u2019s partner universities and institutions (except Vietnam and Indonesia)
\n\u2013 Period: September 1, 2026 ~ February 28, 2027
\n\u2022 Track 2: Students from Vietnam and Indonesia
\n\u2013 Period: September 1, 2026 ~ January 31, 2027<\/p>\n

\n\uf09f Receive guidance from the KIST researchers with superb research capabilities
\n\uf09f Access to well-equipped laboratories at KIST
\nStudent Benefits<\/strong>
\n\uf09f Financial support: monthly stipend of 1,200,000 KRW for undergraduate students and 1,400,000 KRW for master\u2019s students (before tax deduction)
\n\uf09f Dormitory accommodation (approximately 180,000 KRW per month)
\n\uf09f Comprehensive insurance
\n\uf09f Diverse academic\/cultural events for students<\/p>\n
